Thank you so much for praying for Julie. It has not been quite a week yet since we got back the results of the CT scan and we all continue to grieve the results. We grieve, but it is not in vain, because we know that we can trust in our Lord and Savior in all things. 

Here are some things that you could be praying about: 

• PET Scan-- Julie will have a PET scan this morning. Pray it goes well and that we are able to see all that we need to see.

• Appointment at City of Hope-- Julie has an appointment with an oncologist at the City of Hope Cancer Center on this afternoon.

• Appointment at Cedars Sinai--Julie has an appointment with an oncologist at Cedars on Thursday morning.

• Liver Biopsy: Julie will have a liver biopsy on June 17

• Pray for Julie during these appointments--that she might be filled with peace and comfort.

• Pray for the medical staff--the technicians administering the PET scan, for the doctors that will be and are reviewing her case--that the Lord would direct them and that they would have wisdom.

• Pain Management--Julie is experiencing pain, please pray for a relief of the physical pain and that she might be able to find a pain medication that would address her needs

• Pray for her family and friends to have peace and to trust in the Lord

• Pray that if possible we might be able to get some additional appointments (blood tests, etc) even earlier.

• Pray for complete healing

We are working on various ways that we can minister to Julie and the family during this difficult time. More to come on that soon!
